Local pickup policy 

Please DON'T select the local pickup option if you're NOT located near the DFW area. You must order before 4pm in order to receive your item(s) the same day. 
Once you’re notified that your order is ready send us a text with the TIME & DATE you’re available to meet within our business hours. Once we receive your text the pickup location will be sent. Local pick up is ONLY available during business hours. A valid ID is required for local pickup. After 3 business days your items will be returned to the site with ONLY store credit available. Absolutely NO REFUNDS

Shipping policy 

Orders placed before 4PM CST will be shipped the same business day. If placed after 4PM CST, orders will ship the next business day. Please note that depending on the shipping area it can be up to 2-3 days before arrival of the package.
Express shipping (1-2 days) transit time is guaranteed.  
Business days DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
Standard shipping ranges from 1-5 days depending on region. All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and should arrive within 7 business days. 
     -During major sale events there is a processing time up to 5 business days. 
     -All Thingz Plus+ is NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by the mail carrier.


We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! You will receive an email with the tracking number the day your package is shipped.
  -We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged,  or misplaced packages by the mail carrier. 

Pre order items will ship on or before date listed. The Pre Order date can change due to high volume. 

Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. All Thingz +Plus is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).

Returns & Exchange

No Refunds • Exchange/Store Credit ONLY

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the original purchase date for store credit. Please send an email to contact@allthingzplus.com and wait for a response for all exchanges. All items must be unworn and in the original shipping condition.

Absolutely no returns on intimate apparel (undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear etc.


If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice to contact@allthingzplus.com
