Shipping

Standard Shipping - Excludes standard processing time of 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends & holidays. Standard shipping ranges from 2-5 business days depending on region. All packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipping.

Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 12pm CST will be shipped same business day via Express Shipping. For orders placed after 1pm CST, will ship the next business day.

-During major sale events there is a processing time up to 5 business days.

-All Thingz Plus+ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the mail carrier

-We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages by the mail carrier

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds & exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the original purchase date for store credit. Please send an email to contact@allthingzplus.com.

Absolutely no returns on intimate apparel (undergarments, bodysuits, etc.)

Local Pickup

If you select Local Pickup at checkout once you've receive an email your order is ready. Local pick up is available during business hours ONLY. After 3 business days your items will be returned to the site and there is NO REFUND!! Thank you for understanding babes!
